I had a great experience staying here, especially being in an upscale neighborhood with fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. My room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the help from the staff. However, the breakfast options were a bit lacking, and my room's bathroom felt cramped. Overall, it was a good value for the area, but some improvements on breakfast would be nice.

I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. Initially, my air conditioning didn't work, which made for two sleepless nights, and when I was moved to another room, the bathroom flooded every time I flushed the toilet. While they promised compensation for this hassle, I've yet to hear back from them, and it makes me feel like they don't care about their guests at all.
